Who may use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Products and descriptions

We describe and picture our products as accurately as we can, but colours and packaging may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Our products are cosmetic skincare products for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read the label before use, try a small amount on a patch of skin first, stop using a product if irritation occurs, and ask a doctor if you have a skin condition or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order. Shipping is free.

Payment is by Zelle. Nothing is charged when you place an order: the confirmation page shows the amount, the Zelle address to send it to and your order number to put in the memo. Your order is held for you until the payment arrives and ships once it has been received. We may cancel an order that stays unpaid.

Orders

An order is accepted when we ship it, not when it is placed. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

Delivery is described on our Shipping page, and returns and refunds in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or probe its security, no automated scraping, no fraudulent orders, and no use of the site for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text and images, belongs to Purapex Skin or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the products are provided as described, without any further warranty, to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site. Nothing here limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the state where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to an order are the ones in force when you placed it.
