Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Purapex Research Bulletin collects, why, and how to make it stop.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the Research Compound Assessment: your name, email address and phone number, together with your two assessment answers. We also record the date, time and IP address of your submission, and the exact consent wording shown to you, as the record of your agreement to be contacted.
Why we collect it
- To generate and send you your assessment result.
- To follow up by email, phone or text about that result and related research sourcing information, where you have agreed to it.
Your consent
The assessment asks you to check an unchecked box reading: “By submitting, you agree to receive messages about your research match. Msg & data rates may apply.” We do not submit your details without it, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in any email, or writing to us at the address below.
Who we share it with
We use third-party providers to store contacts and deliver email — currently Brevo and SendGrid — who process your information on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. If you arrive from an ad, the campaign details in the link are held in your browser’s session storage so we can tell which article you came from; that data is cleared when you close the tab. Where site analytics are enabled, they are configured for this site alone.
Retention
We keep assessment submissions and their consent records for as long as we are in contact with you, and for a minimum of five years afterwards so we can evidence the consent you gave. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing research@purasynth.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of marketing at any time.
Children
This site is intended for research professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
