Do Not Call & Opt-Out Policy

How to stop hearing from us, and what we do when you ask.

How to opt out

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message. HELP returns contact information.
• Phone calls: tell the caller you want to be added to our Do Not Call list, or email us at the address below.
• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any message we send.

We accept an opt-out request made by any reasonable means — including a reply of STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT, or a request in plain words by email, phone or post. You do not have to use any particular wording.

How quickly we act

Opt-out requests are honored as soon as practicable and in no case more than 10 business days after we receive them. An opt-out on one channel is treated as covering marketing calls and texts generally, not just the message you replied to.

Our internal list

We maintain an internal Do Not Call list. Numbers on it are retained for at least five years and are suppressed from marketing calls and texts for that period. We also honor the National Do Not Call Registry.
